Host a class

Put a class on for your customers or your crew.

Reps host most of our classes, for the technicians on their routes; shops, dealerships and fleets host private ones for their own people. Either way: you provide the room and the people, our instructors bring the class. Need more than a class? Consulting and customized training are below.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. Pick the class

Choose from the list, or tell us what your customers are up against and let us suggest one. Hosts often pair two classes on back-to-back days so people make one trip.

  2. Pick the dates and the room

A shop, a dealership training room or a hotel meeting room all work, as long as it seats the group: a typical class is 10 to 25 technicians, and the biggest have topped 50.

  3. Bring the people

You know who needs to be there. Invite your customers, your crew or your route, and the class comes to them.

  4. Sign-in handled, roster delivered

Attendees sign in on tablets or by QR code on their phone. Afterwards you get a roster and headcount, so showing who was there takes nothing.

Where classes run

Wherever a host puts one on: a shop, a dealership, a fleet, a meeting room, anywhere in the United States and beyond.

Consulting and customized training

More than a class.

For shops, fleets and the companies that build the tools: forty years of drivability work, applied to your operation instead of a room of technicians.

Customized facility training

Training matched to your equipment and your application, at your facility, for your own technicians.

Fleet on-site consulting and training

Consulting and training for fleets, on site, around the vehicles you actually run.

Business solutions

On-site consulting and training, business restructuring and strategies, so the diagnostic side of the shop pays.

Technical support and troubleshooting

For the problems bigger than one Connect session: a hard car, a recurring fault, a process that is not working.

Product development and evaluation

For diagnostic equipment makers: evaluation, comparison testing and development, as we have done since the late 1980s.

Tell us what you are up against and we will say whether it is a class, a Connect plan, or a visit.

Get in touch

Tell us the town, the class, and the dates that are convenient for you.

Add a rough headcount if you have one. That is enough to start.
